HI MIKE, IT WAS GOOD TO SEE YOU THE OTHER DAY. I ENJOY READING YOUR DAILY JOURNAL. I HOPE THAT THE PEOPLE READING IT UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN YOU USE THE PHRASE ""I DROVE ETC ETC" THAT IT IS YOUR HEALTH CARE WORKER THAT IS ACTUALLY DRIVING AND THAT YOU HAVE NOT HAD THE MIRACLE WE ALL PRAY FOR. WE MUST ALWAYS REMIND PEOPLE THRU OUR WORDS HOW DEVASTATING A SCI IS, ESPECIALLY A HIGH INJURY. AND THAT WE ARE TOTALLY DEPENDENT ON OTHERS TO SURVIVE. THAT IS WHY WE ALL ARE WORKING (WITHOUT PAY)TO GET A CURE. GOD BLESS YOU AND KEEP UP THE FINE ADVOCACY..DON'T GIVE UP. WE SHALL PREVAIL!!!! |

HI MIKE, IT WAS GREAT LOBBYING WITH YOU, DR CARL AND DR TEMPLE YESTERDAY AT THE LOB VISITING ASSEM MIKE FITZPATRICK. I'M ALWAYS AMAZED HOW PEOPLE SUCH AS HE CAN LOOK US STRAIGHT IN THE FACE AND SAY THAT THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT HESC RESEARCH TREATMENT IF THEY OR THEY CHILDREN HAD A SPINAL CORD INJURY CAUSING PARALYSIS. IF THIS WASN'T SUCH A SERIOUS MATTER I WOULD LAUGH IN THEIR FACES. YOU DID GOOD. YOUR UNVARNISHED "DVD" LEFT A PROFOUND AND I'M SURE A LASTING IMPRESSION ON ASSEM FITZPATRICK.. |
